The Dark Fellows are already here, hidden in plain sight.
You are awakened by the sound of two distant gunshots, a common noise in the hillside household you live in that is, however, made uncommon by the time of day, or rather, time of night. Wondering why someone is shooting a gun at night, you arise from the sheets and pull yourself into the investigation. Little do you know, the night is far from over...

This game was made in a couple of days for the Farewell North Community Game Jam with the theme, Light & Dark. It was rushed towards the end of the jam but it's still fairly good, though, so definitely try it out!

Nice short horror game especially for the time it was made in! cheesy voice acting but i liked it and was a nice addition to the game. Really enjoyed it and wanted to see more! Will have to check out your new game once its released.

This was a really fun time, especially given the development time. It has some cheesy horror movie vibes, a good concept, and I liked the tension!
Plus, it's only like 20 minutes long, so why not try it out? ;)
I did not read the game page before playing like a dummy so I was unaware the game was made in only a couple days. My opinion has changed since reading that lol. Great job for being made in a few days! You say cheesy voice acting but I think that was the best part. I won't harp on issues given the time frame the game was made in. If this was fleshed out with more time and care put into it I think it would be an awesome horror experience. If you'd like to check out my playthrough it's the fourth game in this video. I'm still kind of getting used to participating in game jams and always end up giving myself too large of a scope lol. Just gotta learn to balance my ideas with what I'm capable of in a specific amount of time. Anyway, thanks again!

And here comes another game by Jade. For such a short experience I found a lot of pretty cool experimentation.
The animations of the main character are super realistic, I love the way the enemy moves (especially the one that leaves from the window) and you've done a great job turning the flashlight into a gameplay element.
Well done, you're learning new skills super fast, I think I'll start to need your expertise on a few topics quite soon ;

this game is well made for what it is its a short 15 min (at most) game with pretty good graphics and monsters its not perfect but its pretty good if you want to see my full playthrough here it is

GOOD CREEPYJade, this was really cool and legit freaky! I admire how you sequenced all of the events together in a way that drove me through the narrative. Your prototype works and I could definitely see it as a larger game.
